As President of The ExCL Group, Dr. William H. Morley applies his understanding of human dynamics and behavior, as well as experience in executive team development, to senior executives and executive teams in a variety of industries. He and his associates have provided executive coaching and leadership development for firms such as Prudential Financial Group, Four Season Hotels and Resorts, Lord Corporations, Reynolds American, Cushman & Wakefield, Duke Energy, Ryland Homes, GKN Automotive, Motorola, MTV Networks and Xerox. He has worked with individual executives, executive teams and has facilitated executive strategy meetings. Dr. Morley holds a Master of Business Administration and a Doctorate of Pastoral Counseling. He has completed his certification as both a Corporate Business Coach and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Dr. Morley is a former faculty member of The Center for Creative Leadership and currently serves the organization as an Executive Coach. He belongs to the International Coaching Federation, International Career Management Association, Society of Human Resource Management, Institute of Management Consultant, and is an Associate of Lominger International, A Korn/Ferry Company. |
